Simply have a sketch or idea of what it is that you are wanting, and our designer will put it all together. The designer will first have an outline sketch of your floor plan. Second step is to have a front elevation sketch. Once you've approved the designer will finalize the set of plans. It's that easy!

Another outstanding service that Elegant Homes offers our customers is our in-house Selection Center. In an effort to make the selection process as accessible to our homeowners as possible, we have created a dedicated area for the majority of selection, colors, etc. that are required for the building process. Our staff is knowledgeable, and excited to assist you with the entire process. With detailed instruction of the process and thorough follow through, all requests are executed with tremendous care.
